Anda boleh isi form yg disediakan utk order/nak tanya soalan..utk order..after invoice telah diberikan dan tiada respon dlm masa 2 hari, order anda tidak dikira..saya takkan reserve item tanpa sebarang bayaran.

Jika dah buat payment, sila emailkan copy print screen transaction anda..sebagai bukti bayaran..ASAP..kalau xinform, saya pun xtahu payment dari siapa..kemudian email kat saya tanya item yg dia order kan susah..

Boleh SMS saya utk tanya item..tapi dari pukul 9am - 10pm ye..email saya akan reply ASAP..saya perlu peruntukkan masa pada keluarga dan Felt Craft saya.. TQ

1. PRE ORDER - bukan ready stock item..

2. Utk booking item PRE ORDER.. DEPOSIT diperlukan (amaun deposit minimum 50%)..

3. ETA - hanya anggaran item sampai..banyak kemungkinan boleh berlaku jika item lewat sampai..ada yg berbulan lamanya.. Jadi kalau tak boleh SABAR, cari item READY STOCK sahaja..jangan order item PRE ORDER..lepas tu tanya saya brg dah sampai ke belum..tiap hari pulak tu..kesian saya nak menjawab. huhuuuu

4. Lepas booking, kemudian nak CANCEL, boleh..tapi DEPOSIT HANGUS ye..saya takkan refund balik deposit kecuali out of stock di pihak supplier.

5. Yang penting SERIOUS BUYER ONLY.. Spesis BACKOUT BUYER atau MIA (missing in action) atau yang suka tanya itu ini tapi xmo order.....tolong jangan order..
